We invited endangered critters to our opening.
Student art exhibition features works by fine art majors graduating from Pepperdine’s Seaver College in May
April 16 to May 2, 2009.
The Frederick R. Weisman Museum of Art at Pepperdine University will present a senior student art exhibition entitled odd.i.see from April 16 to May 2, 2009.
There will be an opening reception to meet the artists on Thursday, April 16, from 5 to 7 p.m. The reception is free of charge and open to the public.
odd.i.see will feature the work of

The senior exhibition allows graduates from the studio art program to present work highlighting their achievements. In odd.i.see, the work ranges in media from painting and sculpture to sculpture installations and video.
The exhibition was organized by Avery Falkner, Seaver College art professor and faculty advisor, in cooperation with Michael Zakian, director of the Frederick R. Weisman Museum of Art.
The museum, located on the Pepperdine campus at 24255 Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, CA, is open Tuesday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is closed on Mondays and major holidays. There is no admission charge.

Assemblage Art Show: Saturday April 1oth, 2009 7-10pm
Art Rush does it again! Pepperdine University’s student art group puts on their third successful all-student organized art exhibition, Saturday night at the Malibu Country Mart Market. Over 35 artists from Pepperdine and friends from the Malibu community will be participating.
PREserve Art Show: Saturday, Nov. 8th, 2008 7-11pm
35 student artists from the Pepperdine and Malibu community put on an art show on the deck of a business complex in malibu, looking out to the pacific ocean. The artists constructed everything to hang the art and rigged all the lighting! We had over 1,000 people in attendance as well as a rockin’ dj for our FREE event! It was a huge success and a great group effort!!
